FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE NORTH KOREAN NEWS AGENCY

PYONGYANG (KCNA) — With the people clamouring for justice, the organizing committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly announced that Mayor Len Brown will meet the serious punishment of history.

The world public will never forget the malignant slanders uttered by Brown, the enemy of the party and the revolution and a servant of the fascist clique of the NZ Labour Party.

All the crimes committed by the accused will be proved in the course of the hearing and will be admitted to.
Brown instructed stooges to spin doctor and disseminate untruths.

Abusing the honour of the Auckland Peoples, Brown tried hard to create illusion about him by projecting himself internally and externally as a special being on a par with the headquarters of the Angels in Heaven.

Brown is isolated and snubbed, drenched various parts of the females with unmentionable things and treated their accusations as no more than barking at the moon.

When Brown attempted to make a false report to the people without having regard to the sensitivity of the people to these matters, officials concerned expressed just opinion that Brown’s behaviour was contrary to the laws of Conduct of the Council.

It was none other than Brown, traitor for all ages, who recklessly issued hundreds of millions of dollar debts, sparking off serious economic chaos and disturbing the people’s mind-set.

All facts go to clearly prove that Brown is a thrice-cursed traitor without an equal in the world, who had desperately worked for years to destabilize and bring into shame the Office of Mayor. The hateful and despicable nature of these anti-party, anti-state and unpopular crimes will be fully disclosed in the course of the trial. No matter how much water flows under the bridge and no matter how frequently a generation is replaced by new one, the lineage of Brown is forever sullied.

No one in the world can stand in the way of the people of Auckland who are advancing single-mindedly united around supreme leader John Key with confidence that the Supreme Leader will rid Auckland of the traitor Brown.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT MINISTER'S 2014 PRIORITY

Minute of Meeting 17 December 2014

Subject Recall Legislation

Attending

The Minister, Head of Department (Local Government), Parliamentary Counsel Office and Head of PM's Department.

Determined

The Minister shall introduce legislation as a matter of urgency providing for the recall and subsequent new election for any elected local government position.

The legislation will be drafted to achieve the following objective;

To allow voters recall a politician if they get the support of at least 10 per cent of the people who voted in the last election. The politician would be removed from office and a by-election would be held. The recalled politician could still run as a candidate.
There was general discussion as to how Central Government can determine whether a Minister should resign and a consensus emerged that PMs can act to dismiss a Minister and have done so (refer examples below) however no such ability is apparent at Local Government level and given the method of voting at Local Government level and the disparate allegiances of Local Government politicians then recall legislation was preferred as a means to remedy contentious behaviour by a Local Government politician.
